Speaker: Lizzie Barker
Lizzie Barker, executive director of The Frick Pittsburgh, will provide an overview of the organization’s history, how The Frick achieved its current status as a leading art and historical center, and what the future holds. Lizzie has been leading The Frick since 2019. Prior to arriving in Pittsburgh, she directed Colgate University’s Picker Art Gallery, Amherst College’s Mead Art Museum, and the Boston Athenaeum. A graduate of Yale College, she earned her M.A. and Ph.D. from NYU’s Institute of Fine Arts.
