About the Speaker: Nathan Hershey, Professor Emeritus University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. The 14th Ward is the largest ward in the City of Pittsburgh, and the second largest ward in the state. The 14th Ward Independent Democratic Club is the oldest one in the United States.
